Institute of Trade Fair Management

The Institute of Trade Fair Management was founded in 1999. For more than 15 years, the Institute has gained experience in trade fair-specific education and hence provides the necessary expertise to offer an excellent overview on current trends and developments in the trade fair industry.

In addition to educational work the Institute constantly accumulates interdisciplinary knowledge through conducting research and consulting projects in co-operation with different companies. Research is focused on strategic tasks, such as competitiveness, price and distribution policy or the controlling of trade fair companies, e.g. the UFI European Benchmark Study.

As a result of its various activities, the Institute has gained valuable contacts during the past years and created a multifaceted network with strong partners, including well-known trade show organizers, venue owners, renowned professors from leading universities, and top executives.
