Organization
The Institute of Trade Fair Management has established the International Summer University for Trade Fair Management (ISU) in 2006 in cooperation with UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.
History
The first ISU took place in August 2006. Due to its successful introduction, further ISUs followed in 2007, 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Ever since its introduction, more than 300 exhibition professionals from 40 countries have already participated.

Target Group
The ISU is targeted at the middle and senior management of trade fair venues and organizers. We provide participants a platform to exchange their expertise with international colleagues from the trade fair industry and renowned professors. Besides practical workshops and discussions, acknowledged management concepts are presented, discussed and transferred to current topics of the trade fair business.
